Privacy Notice
MobilTakip is designed for enterprise fleet visibility, company-owned device administration, and explicit-consent operator workflows. It is not intended for hidden tracking, covert monitoring, or unauthorized access to another person’s communications or accounts.
Data categories
- Identity and account records for authorized personnel.
- Session, audit, and access-control events used to secure the service.
- Fleet telemetry, route, media, and incident records generated by company-managed assets and approved hardware.
Purpose of processing
- Fleet operations, dispatch, safety response, playback, reporting, and maintenance workflows.
- Authentication, authorization, audit logging, abuse prevention, and service continuity.
- Customer support, incident handling, and contract administration.
Consent and lawful use
Customers are responsible for collecting and documenting any employee, driver, or operator consent required by their jurisdiction. Consent must be specific, recorded, and revocable where applicable. MobilTakip operators must not use the platform for covert monitoring or personal surveillance.
Retention
Retention periods should be configured per customer policy and legal obligation. Operational and audit data should be retained only for the minimum period required for security, compliance, investigation, and contractual reporting.
